Early Career Memberships
Anyone within 5 years of their terminal degree is considered Early Career and may become an Early Career Member of the American Society of Mammalogists upon payment of dues.  

Please note that membership to the ASM runs on a calendar year from January to December.  If you purchase a membership, it will be applied to the current year and will expire on December 31^st. 

AMMAC offers a special, joint membership to members of the ASM at a cost of $10.00 USD per year, in addition to the cost of membership to ASM.

Joint memberships provide full membership rights in both societies, including, but not restricted to, registration fees for congresses, annual meetings, and other activities, such as workshops and short courses, access to support, reduced publication costs, and online access to the journals of both societies (Journal of Mammalogy, Mammalian Species, Therya, Therya Notes, and Therya Ixmana).
