Developing Country Memberships
Developing country memberships are available only to those NOT living in the US, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, Iceland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Republic of Korea and Taiwan. These memberships include online access to 6 issues of the Journal of Mammalogy and online access to Mammalian Species, as well as online access to archives of both.
Please note that membership to the ASM runs on a calendar year from January to December. If you purchase a membership, it will be applied to the current year and will expire on December 31st.
AMMAC offers a special, joint membership to members of the ASM at a cost of $10.00 USD per year, in addition to the cost of membership to ASM.
Joint memberships provide full membership rights in both societies, including, but not restricted to, registration fees for congresses, annual meetings, and other activities, such as workshops and short courses, access to support, reduced publication costs, and online access to the journals of both societies (Journal of Mammalogy, Mammalian Species, Therya, Therya Notes, and Therya Ixmana).
